
Sage & Sun Garlic started on tough, wind-blown sagebrush land in Taos, New Mexico. This ground has a long history of hard work — from Pueblo farmers to ranching families who learned to make a living from rough country. We cleared the sage, rebuilt the soil with manure, compost, and cover crops, and let the land breathe again. Our garlic is grown the old-fashioned way — by hand, in real dirt, with no shortcuts. It’s a nod to the grit and tradition that built this place.
